When you purchase a home at NRV, you will be required to pay levies on a monthly basis. These will vary depending on the type of unit you own, and the level of healthcare support you require. Here are some examples of the typical monthly costs:
A couple living in a two bedroom cottage could expect to pay, per month:
Village levy: R3 065
Municipal levy: R1 050
Basic care for 2 persons: R630
12 meals for 2 in the month: R1 800
A single person in a one bedroom cottage or terraced unit might pay, per month:
Village levy: R2 690
Municipal levy: R545
Basic care: R315
12 meals in the month: R900
A resident in the Frail care ward will pay
TOTAL PER MONTH : R12 985 (including living and care levies)
